Role Summary
Drive influencer-led activations and on-ground events while supporting sales objectives. This includes sourcing and managing KOLs, executing events end-to-end, engaging prospects during activations, converting leads, and tracking campaign ROI.
Core Responsibilities
- Plan and execute KOL / influencer campaigns aligned with sales goals (briefing, content approvals, deliverables).
- Source, vet, and negotiate with KOLs and micro-influencers; manage contracts, deliverables, and payments.
- Lead event logistics including venue sourcing, vendor coordination, AV, staffing, run sheets, on-site management, and troubleshooting.
- Represent the brand at events engage attendees, capture leads, and demo products/services.
- Qualify and hand off leads to the sales team; follow up on leads when required.
- Track campaign and event performance (reach, engagement, lead quality, conversions) and produce post-event reports.
- Manage event and KOL budgets; ensure cost control and timely vendor payments.
- Maintain KOL and vendor databases; build long-term creator partnerships.
- Ensure compliance with advertising and disclosure guidelines.
- Manage Corporate Sales as required.

- Basic content direction and social media literacy (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube).
- Comfortable working with targets, CRM systems, and simple reporting tools (UTMs, spreadsheets).
- Detail-oriented, organized, and adaptable under pressure.
Experience & Qualifications
- Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Events, Business, or a related field.
- 14 years of experience in events, influencer marketing, retail sales, or experiential marketing.
- Portfolio or examples of past events/campaigns preferred.
- Eligible to work in Singapore (state if PR / Citizen or EP-holder required).

- Event attendance and lead count / quality.
- Influencer reach, impressions, and engagement.
- Conversion rate (lead sale) or sales revenue attributed to activations.
- Cost per lead / cost per acquisition.
- Timeliness of execution and budget adherence.
Salary Guidance (Singapore, Indicative)
- Junior (12 years): SGD 2,800 3,600 / month
- Mid (24 years): SGD 3,600 5,000 / month
