Your Responsibilities
- Supporting an Event Manager/Director with the day-to-day project management, including the ability to deliver highly proactive, reactive and prompt event support.
- Project support, assisting the Event Manager/Director on fulfilling event plan, budgets and timelines, and supporting event documentation. Working closely with designers, printers, external venues and other third party suppliers to ensure projects are executed professionally, on time and within budget and client expectations.
- Bring event plans to life by finalising all event arrangements including but not limited to identifying clear deliverables, accurate budgets and realistic project timelines.
Your Profile
- Relevant event experience, ideally at least 2 years
- Strong organisational skills and able to juggle multiple tasks seamlessly
- Good attention to detail
- Able to produce client budgets
- Team player
- Enjoys taking events from brief through to fruition
- Confident and positive attitude - This is a client-facing role that needs a positive, enthusiastic and professional person who understands how to liaise and present themselves in front of clients and suppliers.
- Calm under pressure as our working environment gets extremely busy and stressful.
- Independent and full of initiatives
- Good knowledge of Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Excellent written and communication skill
- Creative and solution-oriented will be a huge asset
