Event Executive Intern (3-6 months)
About The Role
We are seeking a creative and execution-driven Event Executive Intern to join our team. This internship offers hands-on experience in both event planning and on-ground execution, including concerts, showcases, and lifestyle events. The ideal candidate is someone who not only generates innovative ideas but is also proactive and capable of bringing concepts to life.
Key Responsibilities
- Brainstorm and propose creative marketing ideas for events such as concerts, showcases, and lifestyle events
- Execute events from ideation to rollout, including social media posts, content creation, and activations
- Create and publish engaging content on platforms like TikTok, Instagram Reels, and Xiaohongshu
- Assist in on-ground event execution, including setup, coordination, and crowd engagement
- Coordinate with designers, vendors, and partners to ensure timely completion of deliverables
- Manage timelines and ensure all tasks are followed through to completion
- Monitor campaign performance and actively suggest improvements
What We're Looking For
- Strong interest in events, marketing, and entertainment
- A doer mindset with the ability to take initiative and execute, not just ideate
- Creativity and a good sense of current trends and social media content
- Comfortable being hands-on, both online and on-site during events
- Basic skills in Canva, CapCut, or Adobe tools are a plus
- Responsible, proactive, and able to work in a fast-paced environment

- Experience in content creation or managing social media pages
