Event Executive Intern

About Us

We are an event company specialising in corporate events, music events and creative events. From event concepts and planning to production and on-ground execution, we work on a variety of events and experiences.

We are looking for a creative, proactive and hands-on Event Executive Intern who enjoys coming up with ideas and wants to gain real-world experience in the event industry.

What You'll Do

. Assist in planning and executing corporate, music and creative events

. Brainstorm creative ideas for event concepts, activities and experiences

. Support event preparation, coordination and on-ground execution

. Assist with event proposals, presentations and event-related materials

. Coordinate with vendors, partners and internal teams

. Assist with event setup, registration and on-site operations

. Support social media content and event promotions

. Contribute ideas to improve event concepts and audience experience

What We're Looking For

. Diploma/Degree in Event Management, Marketing, Communications, Hospitality or related fields

. Creative, proactive and willing to share ideas

. Good communication and coordination skills

. Prior event experience is preferred - school events, internships, part-time event work or freelance projects are welcome

. Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment

. Basic knowledge of Canva, CapCut, Adobe or other creative tools is a plus

. Able to commit to a minimum 6-month internship

. Willing to support on-site events, including occasional evenings or weekends when required
