Job Description

  • Lead the end-to-end planning and execution of high-profile in-person and virtual events.
  • Partner with internal stakeholders to align event objectives with business goals.
  • Manage budgets, vendor procurement, and contract negotiations to ensure cost efficiency.
  • Oversee production operations and logistics for live and pre-recorded events.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and maintain brand consistency.
  • Drive continuous improvement by integrating best practices and innovative solutions.
  • Mentor and support team members to build a high-performing events function.
  • Provide post-event analysis and feedback to measure success and identify opportunities.

The Successful Applicant


  • Brings at least 15 years of experience in event management, including large-scale conferences and virtual events.
  • Highly organized with strong leadership skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management capabilities, with a diplomatic approach.
  • Proficient in event technology platforms (e.g., Zoom, Cvent) and advanced Microsoft Office skills.
  • Creative problem solver with adaptability and a proactive mindset.
