Job Description
- Lead the end-to-end planning and execution of high-profile in-person and virtual events.
- Partner with internal stakeholders to align event objectives with business goals.
- Manage budgets, vendor procurement, and contract negotiations to ensure cost efficiency.
- Oversee production operations and logistics for live and pre-recorded events.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and maintain brand consistency.
- Drive continuous improvement by integrating best practices and innovative solutions.
- Mentor and support team members to build a high-performing events function.
- Provide post-event analysis and feedback to measure success and identify opportunities.
The Successful Applicant
- Brings at least 15 years of experience in event management, including large-scale conferences and virtual events.
- Highly organized with strong leadership skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management capabilities, with a diplomatic approach.
- Proficient in event technology platforms (e.g., Zoom, Cvent) and advanced Microsoft Office skills.
- Creative problem solver with adaptability and a proactive mindset.
