What you'll be doing

• Support the production team to execute project components
• Coordinate communications between team members and proactively keep stakeholders informed and aligned
• Schedule meetings and document detailed notes to support project coordination
• Book external resources as needed/directed (crew members, facilities, travel)
• Maintain and update tracking reports, schedules, action lists, and project status to ensure timely delivery
• Process vendors onboarding and invoices for payment
• Assist in reconciling costs against budget as directed
• Contribute to research, presentations, and creative development tasks

The person we are looking for, would ideally have

• Experience, Diplomas/ Degree in Events, Hospitality, Theater (Set Design, Stage Management, Lighting Design, etc.), and Communications
• Excellent attention to detail, leaving nothing to chance
• Expertise in scheduling, note-taking and using Microsoft tools
• Ability to work under tight deadlines
• Passion for supporting, engaging and contributing to creating a sustainable workplace that fosters creativity and innovation
• Drive to better themselves and grow alongside the business
