Event Coordinator [Central / Up to $2800 / Corporate]

Our Client is a leading provider in the investment industry and is looking for dynamic individuals to be a part of their team!

As an Event Server, you shall be assisting with,

• Provide excellent customer services
• Greet and respond to guest/client requests in a friendly, timely, and efficient manner
• Present in professional appearance and mannerisms
• Performing basic cleaning tasks as needed or directed by FM team
• Manage & support all event set-up, tear down, and follow-up processes
• Prepare coffee breaks, carts, and stations with appropriate food and beverages as requested by client
• Replenish buffet items to ensure consistency and freshness in presentation
• Monitor and maintain cleanliness, sanitation, and organization of service areas
• Maintain high standards of safety and cleanliness in all areas of the Meeting Rooms/ Event Areas
• Assist fellow team members and other departments wherever necessary to maintain positive working relationships

Requirements:

• 1-2 years experience in F&B with good oral and written communication skills
• Experience with developing constructive working and interpersonal relationships with colleagues and client
• Great Team player
• Warmth and graciousness with the ability to function in a busy environment
• Well-organized with excellent multi-tasking abilities

Working hours:

• Mondays - Fridays
• 1st Shift: 7am - 4pm
• 2nd Shift: 11am - 8pm
