Job Summary
Assist in planning and executing business receptions and company events, managing logistics and vendor coordination to deliver seamless experiences. Support learning programme implementation and contribute to internal communications to enhance staff engagement.
Responsibilities
- Lead the planning and execution of business receptions by coordinating guest arrangements, logistics, and on-site event management to ensure smooth operations
- Organize and coordinate company events including seminars, team-building activities, and D&D to drive employee engagement and participation
- Liaise effectively with vendors, venues, and internal teams to secure event resources and maintain operational efficiency
- Manage event logistics such as venue booking, set-up, catering, audiovisual arrangements, and on-site coordination to deliver successful events
- Maintain accurate event-related inventories and administrative records to support event planning and reporting
- Follow up on invoicing and payments.
- Arrange company trips by coordinating flights, accommodation, and airport transfers to facilitate smooth travel experiences
- Consolidate and analyze participant feedback and data to identify improvement opportunities and increase future event participation
- Source and coordinate learning programmes by collaborating with trainers to align with staff development needs
- Develop and write engaging content for HR newsletters, hiring brochures, and notices to support internal communications
- Perform additional administrative tasks as assigned.
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Diploma or above in Business Administration, Hospitality, Event, Marketing, or related field
- Minimum 2years of experience in event planning, administrative work, and management
- Strong communication skills demonstrated by effective vendor and team collaboration
- Proven organizational skills applied to managing multiple event logistics and administrative processes
- Problem-solving skills used to resolve event challenges and improve operational workflows
- Innovative and resourceful mindset with a passion for health and wellness initiatives
- Creative, energetic self-starter capable of working independently and driving projects forward
