EVOne works closely with government agencies and operates an extensive island-wide network of public charging stations as a trusted Charge Point Operator (CPO). As one of the five official Tesla charger installers in Singapore, EVOne plays a key role in supporting sustainable transportation. The team is driven by innovation, accessibility, and strong partnerships to shape the future of EV charging.

Role Description This is an on-site internship role based in Singapore for an EV Charger Operations team member. The intern will support daily monitoring of charging stations, including tracking charger performance, uptime, and basic fault detection. Responsibilities include assisting with coordination of maintenance schedules, documenting service activities, and liaising with internal teams and external partners to resolve operational issues. The role also involves collecting and organizing operational data, preparing simple reports, and helping improve processes to enhance charger reliability and user experience. The intern may support field visits, inventory checks, and testing activities under supervision, ensuring smooth operations across EVOne's charging network.

Qualifications

  • Strong interest in electric mobility, sustainability, and EV charging infrastructure.
  • Basic technical aptitude with ability to understand equipment documentation and operational procedures.
  • Proficiency in using office productivity tools (e.g., spreadsheets, presentation software, documentation tools).
  • Good analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail in data collection and reporting.
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills for coordination with internal teams and external partners.
  • Ability to work on-site, collaborate in a team environment, and manage multiple tasks responsibly.
  • Currently pursuing a diploma or degree in engineering, environmental studies, business, or a related field; prior internship or project experience in operations or technical support is an advantage.
