EUC System Engineer (Microsoft Administrator Experience)

Responsibilities

• Independently research, design, develop, and deploy Microsoft 365 solutions that meet business and operational needs.
• Configure, support, and maintain Microsoft Intune and Microsoft Defender in line with organizational requirements.
• Provide Level 1 and Level 2 helpdesk support, including remote assistance and troubleshooting.
• Monitor system health and conduct regular reviews to identify performance, availability, and security issues.
• Plan and coordinate the deployment, replacement, and lifecycle management of IT hardware.
• Create and maintain system configuration records, operating procedures, and end-user guides.
• Support IT procurement activities, including sourcing and vendor coordination.
• Provide high-quality technical support and resolve issues in various environments, including onboard vessels.
• Travel overseas as required for ad hoc IT support.

Requirements

• Education: Minimum of a degree in Information Technology or related field.
• At least two years of hands-on experience administering and supporting Microsoft 365 environments.
• More than three years of experience providing Level 1 and Level 2 IT support in a medium-sized or large enterprise environment.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Intune and Microsoft Defender.
• Strong customer service, communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively as part of a team.
• Willingness to provide after-hours standby support and travel overseas when operationally required.
