EUC Engineer

We are hiring a contract EUC Engineer for 3 months, with possibility of further extension. The ideal candidate must be able to commence work immediately and work independently.

Responsibilities

• Mass deployment/loading of Ubuntu image on the user's laptop.
• Day to day onsite IT support for hardware and software issues involving end-user desktops/notebooks, client's network connectivity
• Install applications/software and apply updates/patches to desktops, notebooks and other end-user computing devices
• Preparation of desktop/notebook system image
• User account management (Account creation, deletion, modification and reset password in accordance to Customer's process and procedures)
• Perform file backup, migration and restoration for end-users desktops/notebooks

Requirements

• Diploma /Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
• Experience in configuring, monitoring and troubleshooting systems
• Strong scripting and technical skills
• Linux savvy
• Minimum 3 years relevant experience

Location and Working Hours

• Location : Fusionopolis
• Working Hours : 8 hours per day + 1 hour Lunch break

Monday to Friday, 9am to 6pm, excludes Public Holidays

Salary Range SGD2,800 - 3,300 per month
