ETF Business Development - leading investment firm
I am partnered with a leading global asset management firm. They are growing their ETF platform in Asia and are looking to hire ETF Business Development professionals at Associate-AVP level (2-8 years) to support commercial, market-facing, and investor engagement initiatives.
The role works closely with internal teams and external market participants to strengthen ETF trading activity, visibility, and client experience across the region.
Responsibilities
- Support initiatives to improve ETF trading activity and secondary market liquidity
- Work with market makers, dealers, exchanges, and other ecosystem participants to enhance market access
- Track and analyse ETF trading data and investor execution patterns to identify growth opportunities
- Support ETF-related marketing, educational, and partner events
- Support collaboration with brokers, platforms, exchanges, and other distribution partners
- Prepare and maintain ETF marketing materials, pitch decks, and presentation content
- Coordinate responses to ETF-related enquiries, working with client service, compliance, and legal teams where needed
Requirements
- At least 2+ years experience in a client-facing role within financial services (i.e. bank, broker, buy-side firm etc)
- Experience in ETF products would be looked upon favourably otherwise, demonstrable interest in ETF markets, trading dynamics, and investment products would be helpful
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Organised, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple stakeholders and projects
- Fluent in English Mandarin a plus to liaise with Chinese stakeholders
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Accounting, or a related field
