The Company

Our client in the real estate sector is currently seeking an Assistant Accountant to join their dynamic team.

The Role

The role will manage full sets of accounts for assigned subsidiaries, including GL, AP, AR and Fixed Assets, with responsibility for intercompany and bank reconciliations, tax and GST compliance, statutory and IFRS financial reporting, budgeting and forecasting, and external audits.

Your Profile

Candidates should have a Bachelor's degree in Accountancy, Finance, or a related discipline and/or a recognised professional accounting qualification, with at least 3 years of relevant accounting experience, including full-set accounting and financial reporting experience in the real estate sector is an advantage.
