The Company

Our client in the financial services sector is currently seeking a Senior Accountant to join their dynamic team for a 4-months assignment.

The Role

The role will oversee regional financial operations, including AR, GL and tax, ensuring timely and accurate month-end closing. Key responsibilities include financial consolidation across regional business units, group financial reporting and audit, intercompany accounting and eliminations, foreign currency translation, and group-level adjustments. The role will also develop and strengthen internal controls, support ERP implementation and migration across regional entities, and manage corporate income tax and GST compliance across multiple jurisdictions. The successful candidate will act as a key point of contact for complex financial and operational matters, working with internal and external stakeholders to resolve issues, improve processes, and implement best practices across the region.

Your Profile

The ideal candidate should have over 7 years of progressive experience in accounting, financial operations, consolidation and reporting, with strong knowledge of regional tax and statutory reporting requirements. Prior experience in implementing financial processes and internal controls would be highly advantageous.
