The Company

Our client is currently seeking a Fixed Assets Specialist to join their dynamic team.

The Role

The role is responsible for managing fixed asset accounting activities, including daily transaction processing, monthly subledger closing, and ensuring compliance with internal controls and applicable accounting standards. The role involves maintaining accurate asset records, ensuring proper documentation and record retention, supporting annual asset verification exercises, and coordinating with internal and external auditors on asset-related matters. The position also contributes to process improvements and operational efficiency initiatives within the finance function.

Your Profile

The ideal candidate should have at least 3 years of experience working with ERP systems, preferably Oracle, along with knowledge of fixed asset accounting and strong analytical skills. The ideal candidate should demonstrate initiative in driving operational improvements and possess good proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including advanced Excel skills such as PivotTables and macros.
