The Company

Our client in the manufacturing industry is currently seeking a Financial / Costing Analyst to join their dynamic team.

The Role

The role is responsible for providing financial analysis and business partnering support across procurement and supply chain operations, including the analysis of material cost variances, purchase price variances, manufacturing costs, and operational cost drivers.

The role supports month-end closing activities, standard costing reviews, forecasting, budgeting, and financial planning processes, while delivering insights into actual versus budget and forecast performance.

Key responsibilities include tracking and validating cost savings initiatives, monitoring purchase commitments and financial exposures, preparing financial reports and dashboards, and ensuring data integrity across systems such as SAP, Power BI, and Excel.

Your Profile

The ideal candidate holds a Degree in Accounting or a professional qualification such as ACCA, CPA, or CMA, with 5 to 7 years of progressive finance experience, including exposure to supply chain, procurement, operations finance, or FP&A environments.

Strong analytical and financial modeling skills are essential, along with hands-on experience using ERP systems (SAP preferred), BI tools such as Power BI or Tableau, and advanced Excel capabilities for large-scale data analysis.

The candidate should possess a solid understanding of manufacturing and operations finance, including inventory management, labor costs, and variance analysis.
