The Company

A well-established technology company is currently seeking a Talent Acquisition Partner - GTM, APAC to join its dynamic team.

The Role

The role leads and manages end-to-end recruitment for complex GTM and sales roles across Japan, Singapore, and Australia, including defining success profiles, sourcing and assessing candidates through competency-based interviews aligned with organizational values, and managing the full offer process, including equity and region-specific considerations. Serve as a strategic advisor to GTM leadership and key stakeholders, leveraging market insights and funnel data to shape hiring strategies and drive outcomes. Ensure alignment between local hiring practices and global talent acquisition standards across APJ while operating in a distributed, cross-time-zone environment.

Your Profile

The ideal candidate should possess 4+ years of recruiting experience, including at least 3 years in full-cycle GTM and sales recruiting within a technology environment. Proven ability to partner with senior stakeholders (Senior Manager to VP level) to drive headcount planning and successful hiring outcomes. Strong experience recruiting across APAC markets (including Singapore, Japan, ANZ, SEA, China, and Rest of Asia) for GTM roles such as Account Executives (new business and strategic) and Solutions/Pre-sales Engineers.
