The Company
A well-established company in the manufacturing industry is currently seeking a HR Manager to join their dynamic team.

The Role
The Human Resources Manager leads and oversees end-to-end HR and administrative functions to support business growth, ramp-up activities, and ongoing projects. This role is responsible for driving key HR initiatives including recruitment, training and development, compensation and benefits, performance management, and employee relations, while ensuring alignment with organizational strategy and talent needs. The incumbent partners closely with business leaders to support workforce planning, talent acquisition, retention, and succession planning, and serves as a trusted advisor on HR policies, employment legislation, and best practices.

The role also manages daily HR operations, develops and implements policies and systems, ensures compliance with local labor laws, oversees plant security matters, and leads HR projects and reporting, while continuously improving processes and staying abreast of industry trends.

Your Profile
The ideal candidate holds a degree in Human Resource Management or a related field, with IHRP-CP or IHRP-SP certification preferred, and brings 5 to 8 years of relevant HR experience in Singapore. They possess strong knowledge of local employment laws, as well as familiarity with labour and ethics standards. The candidate demonstrates excellent communication, investigative, and problem-solving skills, and thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
