The Company
A well-established company in the shipping industry is currently seeking a HR Executive to join their dynamic team.

The Role
The HR Executive supports the execution of HR strategies by partnering closely with internal stakeholders and managing a full spectrum of HR functions. This includes overseeing end-to-end recruitment and internship programmes, coordinating training administration and records, and driving employee engagement and CSR initiatives. The role is also responsible for payroll and benefits administration, supporting annual exercises such as budgeting, salary reviews, insurance renewals, and employee surveys, as well as guiding stakeholders on performance management processes. The incumbent also ensures accurate HRIS data management and reporting, maintains compliance with local labour laws and audit requirements, supports audit activities, and handles employee relations matters with professionalism, while providing operational support across the HR team as needed.

Your Profile
The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, with at least 4 years of relevant HR generalist experience. They possess strong knowledge of local labour laws and compliance requirements, and are proficient in HRIS systems and the Microsoft Office Suite. Experience with TimesPro and exposure to the shipping industry will be considered an added advantage.
