A leading organization in the financial services industry is looking to hire an Events and Marketing Officer to support the Investment team.

The Role

We are seeking an experienced and proactive professional to lead strategic event planning, logistics, and marketing efforts. The role involves developing and managing the annual event calendar in collaboration with the team, researching venues globally, preparing event proposals, and implementing feedback-driven improvements. The candidate will oversee event logistics, including vendor negotiations, content coordination, international shipping, and travel arrangements, while ensuring premium service and professionalism. On-site responsibilities include serving as the main liaison with vendors and investors, troubleshooting issues, and coordinating team activities to ensure seamless execution. The role also involves managing the company's corporate website, creating event microsites, distributing investor communications, updating CRM mailing lists, and analyzing campaign effectiveness for continuous improvement.

Your Profile

The ideal candidate will have 2-5 years of experience in hospitality, airlines, events, or marketing roles, with a strong hospitality and service mindset. They should possess excellent project management and vendor negotiation skills, along with proficiency in Microsoft Office, and familiarity with tools such as Dealcloud, CMS/website platforms, or event software is a plus. A professional demeanor, creativity in branding and event presentation, and meticulous organizational abilities are essential for this role. Excellent English communication skills are required, with additional language proficiencies being beneficial.
