A leading organization in the financial services industry is looking to hire a Team Administrator to support the Investment team.
The Role
The role of the Team Administrator includes providing clerical and secretarial support to a partner and investment professionals in the investment team, while also assisting other team members as necessary. This role includes managing schedules and calendars for assigned partners and team members, ensuring prompt calendar updates, and coordinating all activities including meetings, conferences, and travel itineraries. Travel planning with the company's travel agent is a crucial part of this role, encompassing hotel reservation, transport bookings, and, if necessary, visa applications. Securing meeting rooms and catering venues, submitting expense claims, managing corporate card statements, and handling medical and travel insurance claims are also integral. The Team Administrator will also be expected to provide administrative support for investor field trips, annual meetings, and employee engagement activities.
Your Profile
You should have at least a Diploma / Degree or equivalent with at least 5 years of administrative experience in supporting a small team. You should have good communication and interpersonal skills.
