The Company

A well-established company in the real estate sector is currently seeking an Accounts Executive to join their dynamic team.

The Role

Our client is seeking a detail-oriented finance professional to oversee day-to-day financial operations, accounting, and reporting functions. This role involves the preparation of financial and management reports, business segment performance analysis, and financial performance assessments in collaboration with operational units. The ideal candidate will ensure compliance with approved accounting and tax regulations, standards, and practices, while also contributing to financial process reviews. Additional responsibilities include participating in budgeting exercises, managing quarterly and annual MAS reporting, and supporting finance-related projects as needed. This position also requires liaising with business units, auditors, legal and tax advisors, SGX, and MAS to address financial-related matters efficiently.

Your Profile

The ideal candidate should have a Bachelor's Degree in Corporate Finance, Accounting, ACCA, or CA, with at least 3 years of finance and accounting experience. Prior experience in the real estate industry would be a significant advantage.
