Job description:

• Conduct routine inspections on all building services, equipment, and facilities.
• Attend to emergency service breakdown
• Attend to enquiries and feedback

. Attend to troubleshooting minor electrical fault, changing bulbs, painting, plumbing and leaking matters.

. Attend and provide support on ad-hoc maintenance.

. Carry out inspection, identify building defects and supervise maintenance and improvement works.

• Attend to estate festival decorations and preparation works
• Attend to any site related maintenance matters

Requirement:

• NTC-2 In Electrical Installation & servicing
• At least 2 years experience and able to work independently.
• Good work attitude, strong leadership and interpersonal skills
• Knowledgeable in smart estate app and digital platform preferable.

Position and salary will be commensurate with experience and qualification.
