Estate Strategy Specialist

We are looking for highly motivated individuals to groom as our Estate Strategy Specialist. We will offer a fixed based salary during the probation period depending on candidate's experience.

Job Scope:

. Expand business contacts and increase client base for company.

. Perform financial needs analysis and value add to client's objective primarily in Estate and Legacy planning.

. Implement strategies and sales processes to identify, target and acquire clients across various wealth spectrums.

. Front end sales related role with a focus on handling client's investment portfolios and updating on market movement.

. Develop relationships with new and existing clients in order to expand the business.

. Organize and invite clients for Estate Planning events.

. Keeping abreast of current events, critical issues, and relevant news.

Remuneration Package & Benefits:

. 2 day sponsored Certified Estate Planner course with certification (valued at $1,500)

. Fast track career progression.

. Fixed salary of up to $5,000 per month for the first 3 months probation period.

. Thereafter, remuneration based on basic + commissions. (upwards of $5,000)

. Career development training will be provided.

. Monthly trainings by Top Fund Houses, Investment trainers and Lawyers on Estate Planning strategies

Requirements:

. Full A Level Cert, Local Polytechnic Diploma or Degree in any field.

. Strong communication and time management skills.

. Research and presentation skills, especially in explaining market events.

. Ability to organise and track overlapping tasks and assignments, with frequent priority changes
