- Position : Estate Operations Executive
- Location : Orchard
- Working hours : 5 Days Work Week - 7.30AM to 5.00PM
- Salary (commensurate with experience): Up to $3,700 + OT + CPF Contribution + Performance Bonus + Medical Benefits of up to $1,000/year + 14 Days Annual Leave

Responsibilities:
- Manage daily operations and upkeep of a private family estate.
- Supervise household helper and coordinate household tasks.
- Perform basic maintenance such as gardening, changing lights, simple repairs, and general upkeep.
- Conduct routine checks of the residence, facilities, and surrounding landscape.
- Liaise with vendors for estate repairs, servicing, and maintenance works.
- Maintain family vehicles, including washing, servicing coordination, and occasional chauffeuring duties.
- Support any other ad-hoc duties assigned.
Requirements:
- Experience in estate management, household operations, facilities maintenance, or similar preferred.
- Hands-on, responsible, discreet, and able to work independently.
- Basic knowledge of household maintenance, gardening, and simple repairs.
- Valid Class 3 driving licence with good driving record.
- Bilingual in English and Mandarin to liaise with Chinese clients who can converse in Mandarin only
- Able to work weekends and public holidays when required
