Estate Manager (Town Council Secretariat)

What You Will Be Working On

The Town Council Secretariat (TCS) supports the Ministry of National Development (MND) in regulating, overseeing, and monitoring the Town Councils operations, governance, performance, and financial matters.

TCS conducts regular reviews of the policies impacting TCs (including the Town Councils Act and regulations) and plays an important role in facilitating inter-agency collaborations to improve the overall Town Councils standard of maintenance and management of the common area in HDB estates.

You will assist to provide Board-wide Coordination on Town Council matters and support to MND in the supervision of Town Council operations; formulate, review and implement policies, research and analyse Town Councils operations, financial matters, and performance; coordinate inter-agency work in support of Town Councils governance and operations; liaise with Town Councils to process, evaluate and manage operational requests; handle public enquiries and feedback; business analyst to gather operations needs/requirements of TCS user for system development; administer system(s) in support of the Department's functions; leverage on Business Analytics tools to carry out estate management studies; and enhance information management by leveraging on geospatial data.

What We Are Looking For

You should have strong verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills, possess a customer service mind-set, and strong analytical and problem-solving skills. You should also be meticulous and have an ability to multi-task. Candidates with at least 2 years of relevant work experience and have knowledge and experience in property and estate management will have an added advantage. Graduates in disciplines such as real estate, business analytics/ data science as well as other fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
