Estate Manager (Projects Development and Marketing Section)
What You Will Be Working On
As an Estate Manager (EM) in the Projects Development and Marketing Section, you will be involved in the strategic planning of flats to be offered in HDB's sales exercises such as:
- Review policies/ priority schemes to ensure accessibility and inclusiveness of new flats and equitable allocation to diverse buyer groups; and
- Prepare and synthesise key statistics on housing demand/supply and sale of flats, and distil insights to support planning, policy reviews/formulation, and prepare reports/responses to internal and external stakeholders.
During your employment, you may also be rotated to take on the role of a Customer Relations Manager, to deliver quality services to applicants and residents of HDB flats and facilitate home ownership. You will be involved in assessing applicants eligibility to buy a new/resale HDB flat, receive CPF housing grants and take an HDB housing loan, providing guidance towards informed housing and prudent financing decisions or processing of the sale or resale transactions of HDB flats. You will assess and respond to appeals from customers who deviate from the eligibility conditions to buy an HDB flat, prepare case reports and draft submissions for management's consideration for deserving cases. Your duties also include the day-to-day liaison with applicants/residents, solicitors and relevant agencies.
What We Are Looking For
You should have background in Real Estate or related fields. You should also be a good team player who is able to build rapport with people at all levels, possess a customer-service mindset, and work well independently. Excellent communication and writing skills, competence in using Microsoft Office and/or mainframe systems, as well as experience in data analytics will be an added advantage.
Successful candidates will be offered a 1+1 year contract.
