Estate Manager (HEPS)
What You Will Be Working On
Your responsibilities include developing, administering, and reviewing systems and e-services, to support operational efficiency, improve service delivery, and drive digital transformation. You will be involved in planning, formulating, and implementing new business IT solutions as part of an agile product team to design, develop and revamp an internal IT system. You will also be enhancing the existing portal and systems, to support the implementation of new/ revised policies, digital initiatives, and streamlined flat purchase processes and procedures.
During your employment, you may also be rotated to take on the role of a Customer Relations Manager, to deliver quality services to applicants and residents of HDB flats and facilitate home ownership. You will be involved in assessing applicants eligibility to buy a new/resale HDB flat, receive CPF housing grants and take an HDB housing loan, providing guidance towards informed housing and prudent financing decisions or processing of the sale or resale transactions of HDB flats. You will assess and respond to appeals from customers who deviate from the eligibility conditions to buy an HDB flat, prepare case reports and draft submissions for management's consideration for deserving cases. Your duties also include the day-to-day liaison with applicants/residents, solicitors and relevant agencies.
What We Are Looking For
You must possess excellent project management skills, with high ability to work effectively and independently under pressure, meet deadlines, and prioritise tasks. You should also possess good communication skills to articulate technology concepts and participate in discussions on requirements with technical and non-technical stakeholders. You should possess strong collaboration skills, with the ability to partner and work effectively across teams and with business stakeholders in development. The following attributes are an added advantage:
- Prior working experience as business analyst or product manager in software development project
- Good knowledge of web and Cloud technologies, and their impact and feasibility on design solutions
- Experience with using Confluence and JIRA
Successful candidates will be offered a 1+1 year contract.
