Job Description

What The Role Is

We plan and provide HDB residential car parks and strive to provide a convenient parking experience for our motorists, ensure orderly parking and contribute to a building a pleasant living environment for our residents.

What You Will Be Working On

You will be part of a dynamic and exciting team responsible to manage HDB parking systems and be involved in harnessing technology to streamline work processes and operations. The scope of work is wide, including the following:

  • Drive business process improvements, including process elimination, simplification, automation, and digitalisation.
  • Work closely with internal stakeholders and external vendors to develop and implement effective IT systems to complement and enhance existing work processes and systems
  • Monitor project progress, coordinate and conduct project meetings, collaborate with stakeholders to ensure smooth project delivery
  • Take charge of subsequent operations after system implementation


What We Are Looking For

  • Tertiary qualification and/or equivalent experience in a relevant field
  • ⁠Possess strong analytical and process improvement skills, is meticulous, and has an aptitude for figures
  • ⁠Excellent written and verbal communication skills to handle complex issues spanning ops and tech domains and to manage service providers, residents, and stakeholders.
  • Excellent team player who has good communication, analytical, and inter-personal skills
  • ⁠Candidates with experience in technology-driven transformation projects will be an added advantage. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

Successful candidate will be offered a 1+1 year contract.
