What The Role Is
- We plan and provide HDB residential car parks and strive to provide a convenient parking experience for our motorists, ensure orderly parking and contribute to a building a pleasant living environment for our residents.
What You Will Be Working On
- As part of the car park operations management, you will be part of the team to:
- Manage car parks operations to ensure smooth running, orderly parking and parking needs of residents & motorists are met;
- Implement car park improvement works and programmes;
- Manage stakeholders and customer's feedback and ensure service levels and KPIs are met;
What We Are Looking For
- Tertiary qualifications and/or equivalent experience in a relevant field
- Operations & Case Resolution: Possess strong, pragmatic problem solving and analytical skills to manage cases and resolve issues.
- Customer Management: Excellent written and verbal communication skills to manage customers/residents/motorists feedback/expectations.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Possess good communication and inter-personal skills to work with agency counterparts/stakeholders.
- Data Analytics: Able to manage and analyse car park data to review and improve work processes.
Successful candidate will be offered a 1+1 year contract.
