Key Responsibilities
- Vendor & Supplier Coordination: Request quotations, verify specifications, schedule deliveries/services, and resolve operational issues.
- ESH Data Collection & Analysis: Gather and interpret data from stakeholders and collaborate on improvement plans.
- Safety Culture Promotion: Conduct inspections, deliver safety training, support risk assessments, organize awareness programs, and onboard new employees.
- Regulatory Compliance: Arrange external testing/training, support audits, maintain legal documentation, and track changes in regulations.
- Contractor Safety Management: Review safety documentation, lead inductions, enforce site safety protocols, and coordinate contractor activities.
- Process Safety Enhancements: Analyze process workflows, identify safety risks, suggest improvements, and review operational procedures.
- Emergency Preparedness: Assist in drills, verify equipment readiness, liaise with relevant parties, and support plan revisions.
Requirements
- Degree in Engineering, Chemistry, Environmental Science, or related field.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant EHS or process safety experience.
- Valid WSQ certifications (e.g., Work at Height, Confined Space, Incident Management, Risk Management).
- Familiarity with ISO systems and Singapore EHS legal requirements.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel).
- Strong communication, planning, and analytical skills.
- Able to work independently and collaboratively.
