ESG Strategy Manager (Fintech)

My client is a global Fintech MNC and they are looking for a senior professional to drive enterprise sustainability and climate strategy, translating climate‑related risks and opportunities into clear business insights and strategic decisions.

Key Focus Areas

• Shape and lead climate and sustainability strategy aligned to business objectives

• Apply climate scenarios (e.g. NGFS) to inform resilience, growth, and business model decisions

• Translate sustainability risks and opportunities into strategic impacts on operations, customers, and long‑term value

• Ensure strong alignment across strategy, risk, governance, and disclosures

• Partner closely with senior stakeholders across sustainability, risk, finance, and business teams

Ideal Profile

• 8-10 years experience in sustainability, climate, risk, or strategy within financial services or fintech

• Strong understanding of ISSB standards and climate frameworks, viewed through a strategic lens

• Proven ability to influence leadership and operate in evolving regulatory environments

A high‑visibility role with the opportunity to shape how climate and sustainability inform enterprise strategy, beyond compliance within a Fintech setting.
