To be part of a team of ESD architects/engineers to work on Environmental Sustainable Design (ESD)/ Green Mark /Green Building Index (GBI)/ LEED/ WELL projects
To manage projects related to overall sustainability, decarbonization and carbon advisory
To provide high level energy analysis and benchmarking energy consumption against best practices guideline and net zero roadmap for master planning in Singapore and overseas
To provide cost-effective solution to project teams for improving building performance, decarbonization and sustainability
To research on, review, recommend and implement industry best practices in sustainable building design and system
Qualifications
Bachelor's or Master's degree in M&E, Architecture, building serves, building sustainability or a related field
Minimum of 1 - 3 years of professional ESD experience in ESD
Process a strong knowledge on common energy analysis/benchmarking, Excel-based energy calculation and energy modeling software, with a specific focus on IESVE or EnergyPlus
Good understanding of building system, particularly in ACMV system and other M&E disciplines
GMAP, LEED AP, WELL AP or credentials in related areas will be considered an advantage, as will the ASHRAE BEMP certificate (building energy modeling professional)
Experience with modeling support software such as Open Studio and Rhino is desirable
Project management skills with ability to actively manage and balance task, cost and time
Team player with the ability to work as a team, willing to learn, contribute ideas and assist team member with tasks/duties, when required
Highly self-driven and pro-active with a keen interest for exploring innovative solutions
Broad based experience of computer systems and MS Office applications
