ERT Personnel (Emergency Response Team)

Respond promptly to emergency situations such as fire, medical incidents, gas leaks, or other emergencies.

Raise the alarm and notify the relevant authorities when required.

Assist in the safe evacuation of occupants from the affected area.

Guide occupants to designated assembly areas.

Perform basic firefighting using portable fire extinguishers when it is safe to do so.

Provide first aid within the scope of their training.

Assist emergency services (SCDF, Police, Ambulance) upon their arrival.

Help account for personnel during evacuation and report missing persons.

Secure the affected area and prevent unauthorized access.

Participate in emergency drills, training, and preparedness exercises.
