Job Description
Responsible for analysing business processes, identifying opportunities for improvement, and implementing ERP solutions that enhance efficiency and productivity.
The role requires a deep understanding of ERP systems, excellent analytical skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with various stakeholders.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Lead the implementation of ERP systems, ensuring alignment with business goals and requirements. Provide ongoing support and maintenance for ERP applications and user permissions
2. Analyse existing business processes and workflows to identify areas for improvement. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and develop detailed specifications for ERP solutions.
3. Manage ERP-related projects from initiation to completion. Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of ERP systems. Perform user acceptance testing for any release of application patches and enhancements.
4. Deliver training programs for end-users to ensure effective use of ERP systems. Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for ERP processes, configurations, and user guides.
5. Undertake any other duties and projects as assigned.
