Provide functional and technical support on ERP System to internal and external stakeholders (support consultant role)
Diagnose and resolve Level 1 and Level 2 hardware and software issues
Work across teams to gather details of issues, escalate issue to Level 3 technical support team, and follow up until issue is resolved
System testing and on-site support for upgrading projects
Log and keep records of customer queries
Requirements
Diploma / Degree in Computer Science, Accountancy or Enterprise Resource Planning
Experience in ERP System - Finance and Supply Chain Management module
At least 2 years of experience in the related field is required for this position, accounting knowledge is preferred
Good communication skill, have a natural disposition towards providing excellent customer service and independent in taking ownership of solving issues
Strong aptitude for learning new technologies, and willingness to learn
IT Savvy
Excellent team player and able to work in multitasking environment
Proficient in written and spoken English and Mandarin as there will be a need to liaise with Mandarin speaking clients
