ERP Project Manager (Pre-Sales & Project Management Focus)

Job Responsibilities:

1. Accountable for the development andpromotion of the Kingdee Galaxy Overseas Implementation Methodology, as well as the establishment of standardized overseas delivery frameworks.

2. Support the implementation and deliveryof Kingdee Galaxy overseas projects by conducting business requirements analysis, designing blue-print solutions, and developing customized business solutions tailored to client needs.

3. Lead the development of overseas bench-mark projects, enhance delivery solutions, create detailed case studies,and disseminate best practices to support team knowledge sharing and continuous improvement.

4. Assist in estimating resource requirements for large-scale overseas projects and coordinate effective resource allocation to ensure successful project execution.

5. Play an active role in the formulationand enhancement of standardized regulations and best practices for overseas project delivery.

Qualifications:

1. Minimum of a bachelor's degree inFinance, Information Management, or a related field is required. Aninternational educational background is highly preferred.

2. Minimum of 2 years experience in project delivery and team management. Experience with large-scale projects and international accounting is preferred. Fresh graduates are also welcome to apply.

3. Strong capabilities in overseas project risk management and delivery execution, complemented by excellent communication, organizational coordination, and team collaboration skills.

4. Strong English and chinese proficiency is preferable to easily communicate with oversea Chinese stakeholders and oversea clients.
