ERP Project Manager

Location: Singapore

Language: Proficiency in both English and Mandarin will be an added advantage for effective communication with overseas counterparts.

DESCRIPTION

This position is responsible for the end to end ERP (Oracle Fusion, Netsuites and SAP S4 Hana) implementation cycle, from preparing quotation and proposal, project initiation, planning, requirements gathering, testing and deployment

Job elements and Responsibilities

. Perform end-to-end project management duties including, project initiation, planning, requirements gathering, budgeting/costing, testing and deployment.

. Ensure projects are delivered according to scope, budget, timeline and align to the business long term digital initiative.

. Collaborate with Project Team, IT and business stakeholders to understand different processes and drive digitalization initiatives

. To ensure timely and cost-effective IT application solution deployment

. To find resolutions of issues and conflicts, and escalate issues as required and provide regular status updates to management.

Requirements

. Bachelor Degree in Computer Science or related disciplines.

. At least 3 years of full-fledged project management experience for ERP or Digitalization project

. Possess pre-sales capabilities

. Experience in driving complex projects in an international environment

. Understand agile and waterfall methodology.

. Strong business acumen, stakeholder management and able to perform both independently and in a team.

. Possesses good interpersonal and communication skills to deliver complex issues clearly and concisely.

. Project Management certifications such as PMP certification is preferred

. Understanding of Oracle Fusion or SAP or Netsuite project and functionalities is preferred

. Excellent verbal and written communication skills

. Bilingual in English and Mandarin, with strong spoken and written communication skills to liaise with overseas counterparts.
