Project Planning and Management: The ERP Project Manager/ERP Business Analyst is responsible to build and maintain a comprehensive project plan. The incumbent is also responsible to establish a project team, define roles and responsibilities and build a communication, change management and training plan!
Collaborators Engagement: The ERP Project Manager/ERP Business Analyst collaborates with cross-functional teams and executive sponsors to align the ERP system with organizational needs.
The ERP Project Manager/ERP Business Analyst ensures data transfer quality and consistency. Collaborates with collaborators to analyze procedures and develop solutions.
Manage and lead small to medium sized business process and solution related projects.
Conduct user requirements workshops for process analysis and documentation for RPA argument.
Act as RPA/AI citizen developer and provide mentorship to other team members as part of AI COE.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science/Business/Information Systems/Business Analytics/AI or related field.
+5 years of experience in project management, including experience in managing ERP implementation (from initiation to deployment). Candidate with SAP S/4 Production Planning module is preferred.
PMP/ITIL/APICS/CPIM certification or equivalent project management certification.
Certified RPA developer for UI Path or equivalent.
PROSCI certification or equivalent change management certification is preferred.
Experience in managing cross-functional teams in a manufacturing environment or equivalent.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Digital Six Sigma (Green Belt) is preferred.
Ability to work in a fast paced environment and independently and in a team environment.
Additional experience in programming/tools for e.g. Python, UiPath, Microsoft Power Automate, Macro or equivalent in RPA, Workflow Automation, AI would be an added advantage.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Software (Excel/Access, SQL).
Experience in Semiconductor planning would be an additional advantage.
Performs design and development engineering assignments related to activities for equipment and systems layouts in plant, office, and production facilities. Work may encompass studies to determine the efficient sequence of operations and workflow. Recommends processes for maximum utilization of production facilities and personnel. Prepares cost estimates for proposed projects and evaluates cost factors. May participate in testing and implementation of new production systems and interface with research and development and process engineering to plan for future product introduction.
