Job Summary:
An exciting opportunity to support ERP implementation and pre-sales activities, delivering effective solutions and driving successful system adoption.
Responsibilities:
- Support After-Sales activities, including system implementation with key users to close expectation gaps.
- Conduct user training to ensure effective system usage and adoption.
- Monitor and manage project tasks through to successful go-live.
- Provide pre-sales support, including requirements analysis, product demonstrations, and general sales support.
- Propose suitable ERP solutions aligned with prospects business needs and objectives.
- Provide consultation and share product knowledge with the sales team.
- Prepare Proof of Concepts to demonstrate product capabilities when required.
- Perform additional assigned duties as needed.
Requirements:
- Diploma or Degree in Information Technology or related disciplines.
- Minimum 1-2 years of relevant experience in ERP, IT services, or a similar industry.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong presentation abilities.
- Strong interpersonal skills to work effectively with prospects, customers, and internal teams.
- Demonstrated ability to learn new technologies and apply them in a customer-facing environment.
