Join a large and well-established Singapore enterprise undergoing a major finance transformation programme.
Our client is embarking on an enterprise-wide ERP and Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) implementation and is seeking an experienced project manager to support programme delivery. This is an excellent opportunity to work alongside senior business leaders, finance stakeholders, IT teams and global technology partners on a large-scale transformation initiative.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys bringing structure to complex programmes, driving execution across multiple workstreams and ensuring successful project delivery.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate project activities across multiple ERP and EPM workstreams
- Track project milestones, deliverables, risks and dependencies
- Organise project meetings, workshops and steering committee sessions
- Prepare project documentation, meeting minutes and status reports
- Follow up with stakeholders to ensure timely closure of action items
- Support programme governance, reporting and project planning
- Work closely with Finance, IT, business users and external implementation partners
- Escalate project risks and issues where appropriate
- Support project delivery throughout the full implementation lifecycle including solution design and build, System Integration Testing (SIT), User Acceptance Testing (UAT), Go-Live, and Hypercare
Requirements
- A minimum of 4 solid years in project management or PMO
- Experience supporting ERP, Finance Transformation or EPM programmes
- Strong organisational and coordination skills
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Experience preparing steering committee materials and project reporting
- Comfortable working across business and technical teams
- Able to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
- Knowledge of Finance processes will be highly advantageous
