Key Responsibilities
- Perform equipment sustaining activities, including loading and unloading FOUPs, wafers, reticles, and chemical containers.
- Carry out first-level troubleshooting and recovery of equipment alarms to support production operations.
- Assist in preventive and corrective maintenance activities, including dismantling, assembly, adjustment, and repair of equipment according to established procedures and technical documentation.
- Use diagnostic and testing tools to conduct equipment checks and verify performance.
- Support equipment rebuilds, modifications, and improvement projects under the guidance of engineers.
- Maintain accurate maintenance records and operational documentation.
- Comply with workplace safety requirements, quality standards, and cleanroom protocols.
Requirements
- Minimum NITEC, Higher NITEC, Diploma, or equivalent qualification in Engineering or a related field.
- Candidates with relevant experience are also encouraged to apply.
- Able to work in a cleanroom environment.
- Able to support shift-based work arrangements.
