- Develop and manage equipment investment plans and capital expenditure strategies across APAC.
- Coordinate with local teams and headquarters on fleet planning and procurement compliance.
- Oversee equipment maintenance schedules and approve major repairs or technical upgrades.
- Ensure use of standardized maintenance systems (e.g., CMMS, oil testing, documentation).
- Drive equipment performance monitoring and implement best practices across business units.
Requirements:
- Degree in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering, or equivalent
- At least 8 years of experience in equipment/fleet management within Construction Industry.
- Strong knowledge of machinery maintenance planning, cost optimization, and lifecycle management.
- Skilled in CMMS tools, technical documentation, and spare parts management.
