Job Scope:

• Install, relocate, and commission semiconductor equipment at customer sites.

• Perform preventive maintenance and repair to ensure equipment operates efficiently.

• Troubleshoot equipment issues and carry out corrective actions.

• Replace defective components and implement engineering updates when required.

• Support equipment start-up, testing, and qualification activities.

• Maintain accurate service reports, logs, and parts usage records.

• Coordinate service activities with customers to minimize equipment downtime.

• Build good customer relationships through professional technical support.

Requirements:

• Possess a Degree in Electrical / Mechanical Engineering or related field

• Possess at least 1 - 2 years of relevant experience in equipment maintenance, field service, or semiconductor industry

• Able to interpret electrical and mechanical schematics.

• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

• Comfortable working in cleanroom environments with protective equipment.
