- Support equipment installation, maintenance, troubleshooting and improvement activities to ensure reliable production performance.
- Investigate equipment faults, analyse recurring issues and identify areas for corrective and preventive action.
- Drive initiatives to improve equipment reliability, productivity, yield and overall equipment effectiveness (OEE).
- Identify equipment weaknesses and recommend solutions to reduce downtime and maintenance-related costs.
- Prepare technical documentation and reports on equipment performance, issues and improvement activities.
Requirements:
- Diploma in Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical, Mechatronics Engineering or equivalent.
- At least 2 years of relevant equipment engineering or maintenance experience, within a semiconductor manufacturing environment.
- Strong hands-on experience in equipment troubleshooting, maintenance and continuous improvement.
