Take full accountability for assigned equipment and maximize resource utilization for high efficiency and productivity.
Drive equipment fault investigations and continuous improvement programs to resolve chronic issues and implement solutions for product quality and process robustness.
Oversee equipment maintenance, enforce adherence to work instructions, and ensure effective execution of preventive maintenance and calibration.
Guide and train technicians in equipment troubleshooting and analysis to build technical competency and self-sufficiency.
Manage spare parts inventory and vendor services, ensuring compliance with company protocols.
Establish, review, and regularly update preventive maintenance procedures, risk assessments, and troubleshooting guidelines.
Develop technical specifications for new and transferred equipment, and execute equipment move-in, installation, setup, and buy-off within set timelines.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Electronic or Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
Solid understanding of semiconductor process technology and wafer fab equipment.
Proficiency in statistical and quality tools will be an advantage.
