Job Description
- Design and develop precision fixtures and mechatronic systems with a focus on performance and manufacturability
- Translate system requirements into robust and scalable engineering solutions
- Assemble, integrate, and calibrate systems to achieve accuracy and reliability targets
- Conduct testing and data analysis to identify performance gaps and drive improvements
- Lead troubleshooting efforts and implement structured root cause analysis
- Drive corrective and preventive actions to enhance system stability and uptime
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external vendors to deliver projects on schedule
The Successful Applicant
- Degree in Mechanical, Mechatronics, or Systems Engineering
- At least 2+ years of hands-on experience in equipment or system engineering
- Experience with precision mechanics, assembly, and calibration of complex systems
- Proficiency in CAD tools (e.g. Siemens NX or similar platforms)
- Knowledge of automation, system integration, and engineering design principles
- Familiarity with programming (PLC, Python, LabVIEW, or embedded systems)
- Understanding of sensors, actuators, and basic electronics integration
