Key Responsibility

• Maintain and improve equipment uptime, availability, and reliability
• Drive predictive maintenance strategies using equipment data and trend, ensuring PM quality and effectiveness to prevent repeat failures
• Support equipment upgrades, modifications, and new tool installation/qualification
• Work closely with process engineers to improve yield and reduce variation
• Lead or participate in cost reduction, productivity, and quality improvement projects

Requirement

. Bachelor's Degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Mechatronics, or related Engineering field
. 3-5 years of experience in semiconductor lithography equipment engineering
. Hands-on experience with steppers/scanners/tracks
. Strong troubleshooting skills in complex equipment systems
. Team player with good communication skills.
. Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
. Proactive and ownership-driven mindset
