YOUR ROLE
As an Etch Equipment Engineer in STMicroelectronics, you will be responsible for:
- Systematic troubleshooting of equipment-related problems to minimize equipment downtime.
- Establish optimum spares and consumables stock to support equipment maintenance.
- Establish effective preventive maintenance program me and troubleshooting guide.
- Setup effective detection and monitor system to prevent equipment excursion.
- Coordinate and drive new equipment hookup, startup and release.
- Drive Continuous Improvement project (CIP) to achieve best in class in quality and cost
- Train and certify Assistant Maintenance Engineers (AME) and Preventive Maintenance Technician (PMT) in systematic troubleshooting and PM maintenance skill.
- Work closely with Process and production engineers to ensure key performance indices are met.
YOUR SKILLS & EXPERIENCES
- Degree in Mechanical, Mechatronics, Electrical & Electronics Engineering or equivalent.
- At least 2 years relevant Equipment/Field service experience in semiconductor industry
- Familiar with LAM Rainbow 4420 or LAM9400SE/PTX/DFM/DSIE or LAM2300 Coronus/ Syndion Dry Etching equipment
- Experience in SPC, FDC, APC, DOE and yield analysis software will be advantages.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills
