As a Etch Equipment Engineer in ST Singapore, you will be responsible for:

  • Systematic troubleshooting of equipment-related problems to minimize equipment downtime.
  • Establish optimum spares and consumables stock to support equipment maintenance.
  • Establish effective preventive maintenance program me and troubleshooting guide.
  • Setup effective detection and monitor system to prevent equipment excursion.
  • Coordinate and drive new equipment hookup, startup and release.
  • Drive Continuous Improvement project (CIP) to achieve best in class in quality and cost
  • Train and certify Assistant Maintenance Engineers (AME) and Preventive Maintenance Technician (PMT) in systematic troubleshooting and PM maintenance skill.
  • Work closely with Process and production engineers to ensure key performance indices are met.

YOUR SKILLS & EXPERIENCES

  • Degree in Mechanical, Mechatronics, Electrical & Electronics Engineering.
  • At least 2 years relevant working experience in KLA SPTS OMEGA or AMEC TSV200 Dry Etching equipment
  • Experience in SPC, FDC, APC, DOE and yield analysis software will be advantages.
  • Good analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Good team player
  • Good communication and documentation skills
  • Strong sense of responsibility, dedication to assigned tasks, and the ability to work diligently in a team-oriented environment.
